6 oz. rolled oats 4 oz. soft brown sugar 3 oz. butter 2 oz. golden sugar |

What to do |
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 C (Gas Mark 4) 2. Put the oats and the sugar in a mixing bowl. 3. Put the butter and sugar in a sauce pan and heat gently. 4. Stir the butter and sugar mix into the oats. 5. Place into a shallow greased tin and press down firmly. 6. Cook for 25 minutes until golden brown. |
